Update

The output plots from the web tool have been revised, adding a second page to each PDF file. The first page is identical to the plot in the earlier version (except that the processing date and time have been updated). The second page is similar to the first except that a nonlinear scale has been used for the exceedance probability, so as to expand the scale at high and low probabilities. This second format is often easier to use. Feedback on the relative usefulness of these two formats would be welcome.
